A Decade Though My Lens (Limited Edition with Slipcase)

Ira Resnick: A Decade Through My Lens

By Ira M. Resnick | Foreword by Robert Klein

Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney, Sissy Spacek, Bruce Springsteen, Muhammad Ali, Steve Martin, Jimmy Carter....These are just a handful of the luminaries I photographed from 1970 to 1980.

In Ira ResnickA Decade Through My Lens is a photographic memoir of my decade spent as a professional photographer, when I lived and worked in NYC, Mill Valley and Hollywood and shot for publications such as Rolling Stone.

The book chronicles when I was finding my way as a young adult during a period of tremendous change in the world. I’ve aimed to capture the experience of being a photographer during those heady years. I am sharing the memories and images of the music, the comedy, the politics and the actors of those times to give a sense of what it was like to be an active participant in the arts scene.
